Working students (m/f/d) for sales and customer service

As part of our development and strong growth in the market, we are looking for working students (m/f/d) to market and sell our telematics solutions.

Working Student Sales:

  • Service and sales-oriented customer communication
  • Advice and information on our services, products and individual enquiries
  • Acceptance and transmission of orders

Requirements:

  • Requirements:independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Pleasure in telephoning and good verbal skills
  • Experience in customer communication
  • Knowledge of the English language advantageous

Servicios postventa en Atención a clientes

Requisitos:

  • Estudios mínimos: Bachillerato
  • Experiencia en departamento Atención al Cliente durante al menos 1 años.
  • Foco en la satisfacción de los clientes.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva en un entorno de alta demanda.
  • Habilidad para el análisis de datos.
  • Uso básico de Excel.
  • Herramientas de Call Center.
  • Conocimientos del módulo de CRM y otras herramientas de gestión de servicios.
  • Telefonía; Atención al cliente; Soporte técnico; Servicios postventa

Idiomas requeridos:

  • Español – Nivel Avanzado
  • Portugel, Brasileño – Nivel Avanzado
  • Inglés – Básico, Intermedio

Duración del contrato: Fijo discontinuo

Horario: De lunes a viernes jornada completa

Imprescindible residente en: No Requerido
